We are looking for a Working Student to support our Finance team with payroll and accounting-related tasks.
The focus of this role is reviewing, verifying, and organizing invoices and payroll-related documentation to ensure that our records remain accurate and well structured.
This position is ideal for students who want to gain practical experience in finance, accounting, or payroll processes while working in a structured and detail-oriented environment.
Review and verify incoming invoices and payroll-related documents
Assign and organize documentation in the appropriate systems and folders
Support the preparation of documents required for payroll processing
Ensure records are complete, accurate, and well structured
Are currently enrolled as a student (preferably at a German university)
Work in a structured and detail-oriented way
Speak fluent German and are comfortable communicating in English
Are reliable when handling documents and administrative tasks
Initial experience with accounting, payroll, or administrative processes
Studies in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field
Based in Munich; remote possible
