Intern / Working Student – Government Programs

Intern / Student, Full-time · Munich

What we’re looking for
  • A highly motivated student or recent graduate interested in strategic government programs, military and defence stakeholders and technology-driven innovation projects

  • Someone analytical and structured, able to work with complex information and translate it into clear outputs

  • A curious and reliable team player eager to learn about government programs, procurement and negotiations processes and innovation funding

  • Someone comfortable working with complex documents, AI automation, research and structured analysis

  • A candidate motivated to grow into a full-time role within the Government Programs team

The day-to-day
  • Support the analysis and execution of public programs, studies and tenders (national and EU level)

  • Assist in preparing proposal documents, program materials and studies 

  • Research and structure technical, policy and regulatory information

  • Prepare presentations, briefings and internal summaries

  • Support program and project management tasks such as coordination, documentation and tracking

  • Help maintain internal knowledge bases and proposal documentation

You should apply if you
  • Are currently studying or recently graduated in economics, security studies, political science, business administration, engineering, law or a related field

  • Have strong analytical thinking and structured working habits

  • Are interested in the intersection of technology, innovation and government programs

  • Communicate clearly in German and English

  • Are comfortable using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, various AI and structured documentation tools

  • Are eager to learn quickly and take on responsibility over time

Nice to haves
  • Professional experience through traineeships, internships, research projects or working student roles

  • Interest in technology, defense, aerospace or military innovation ecosystems

  • Familiarity with public sector institutions, EU programs or research funding frameworks

  • Experience preparing presentations, reports or structured research outputs
