Twentyfour Industries is seeking an experienced and highly professional Training & Demonstrations Manager to strengthen its Academy & Demonstrations department. The role focuses on delivering professional FPV drone training and conducting live demonstrations for governmental and institutional customers.

What we’re looking for

Experienced FPV drone pilot capable of conducting professional trainings and demonstrations
Confident communicator who can represent the company in front of governmental and professional clients
Hands-on individual able to independently plan and execute training sessions and operational showcases
Structured and reliable personality comfortable working in operational environments
Based in Munich or willing to relocate

The day-to-day

Conduct FPV drone training programs for professional and governmental clients
Plan and execute technical demonstrations and live operational showcases
Represent Twentyfour Industries during trainings, demonstrations, and industry events
Deliver instruction aligned with operational and mission-oriented requirements
Support the continuous development of training concepts and demo standards

You should apply if you

Have strong and proven FPV drone piloting skills
Enjoy working in practical, operational training environments
Are comfortable working with governmental or professional clients
Communicate clearly and confidently in English (German is a plus)
Are motivated to work in a fast-moving, mission-driven company

Nice to haves

Background in government sectors (military, intelligence, law enforcement)
Experience as a military instructor or technical trainer
Operational experience with drones in security or defense contexts
Experience working with government or defense-related customers
Knowledge of operational or mission-based drone deployments
