We are seeking a Drone Factory Production Technician who will play a key role in building and operating one of Europe’s largest drone production facilities. This is a hands-on role for someone excited about assembling drones, building factory processes, and contributing directly to the industrialization of our platforms.


You will work across Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to help establish and run our production line. This includes supporting factory setup, implementing assembly processes, managing incoming goods and inventory workflows, and ensuring high-quality drone builds from prototype to full-scale production.

• Support the setup, optimization, and daily operation of the drone assembly line and production floor.
• Assemble drones and sub-systems following defined work instructions, ensuring consistently high build quality.
• Contribute to developing assembly procedures, tooling needs, and factory processes together with engineering and industrialization teams.
• Perform incoming goods inspection, inventory handling, and component preparation to ensure smooth production flow.
• Execute in-process and final quality checks, documenting deviations and supporting root-cause investigations.
• Support testing, calibration, and validation steps during production and assist engineering in resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure accurate stock levels, proper material staging, and efficient production logistics.
• Maintain production documentation and help improve work instructions, safety processes, and traceability systems.
• Provide hands-on support for scaling the line toward high-volume production, including layout changes, workstation setup, and equipment installation.

• Have 4+ years experience in production, assembly, mechanical/electrical technician roles, or similar hands-on manufacturing environments.
• Are comfortable working with mechanical assemblies, electronics, tools, and production equipment.
• Have a practical, solution-oriented mindset and can quickly learn new assembly or testing procedures.
• Enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where factory processes are being built from the ground up.
• Have strong attention to detail and take pride in high-quality workmanship.
• Communicate well with engineers, operators, and cross-functional teams.
• Are motivated by contributing directly to building Europe’s next-generation drone manufacturing capability.
• Eligible to obtain NATO or EU security clearance.

• Experience in UAV assembly, robotics hardware, or aerospace manufacturing.
• Familiarity with IPC standards, ESD-safe work practices, or electronics rework.
• Background in quality control, production testing, or factory equipment setup.
• Experience working with ERP systems, inventory workflows, or traceability tools.
