We are an early-stage startup funded by leading European VCs with the mission to build advanced small Unmanned Systems to strengthen European sovereignty and security.

What we’re looking for

This is an unsolicited application track for exceptional engineers who believe they can create disproportionate impact, even if no specific role is currently listed.

We consider strong profiles across software, hardware, electronics, systems, and autonomy.
Scope, responsibilities, and role definition are shaped around capability, seniority, and demonstrated ownership—not rigid job descriptions.

The day-to-day

Own the design, implementation, and validation of critical subsystems.
Drive prototypes from first concept to tested, real-world systems.
Identify and eliminate weak points in existing designs and architectures.
Make and defend technical decisions under real operational, time, and resource constraints.
Work closely with other senior, self-driven engineers in small teams.
Document what matters to enable speed, clarity, and scale—no unnecessary process.

You should apply if you

Are a high-performing engineer with strong fundamentals and hands-on experience.
Take responsibility naturally and operate well with minimal supervision.
Prefer autonomy and accountability over detailed instructions.
Care deeply about technical quality, execution speed, and real-world impact.
Want your work to visibly shape a product, not disappear into process or coordination layers.

Nice to haves

Prior experience in UAVs, robotics, aerospace, defense, or other safety-critical systems.
Strong systems thinking, with experience spanning more than one discipline (e.g. software + hardware, controls + electronics).
Experience taking products from prototype to low- or mid-rate production.
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with minimal structure.
Track record of building and owning complex systems end-to-end.
Experience working in small, elite engineering teams or early-stage startups.
