What we’re looking for
• First hands-on experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition, ideally in technical or operational contexts
• An empathetic, people-first mindset with a strong sense for culture and collaboration
• Curiosity and openness towards technical, industrial and robotics-related roles
• A hands-on mentality and willingness to take ownership in an early-stage startup
• Structured, reliable and proactive way of working
• Fluent in English & German (C1/C2)
The day-to-day
• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for technical, operational and corporate roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers from R&D, engineering, production and business
• Act as a trusted and empathetic contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey
• Source, screen and interview candidates while ensuring a great candidate experience
• Continuously improve recruiting processes in a fast-growing, early-stage setup
• Support People Operations topics such as onboarding, contracts, HR data and People initiatives
