(Junior) Recruiting & People Operations Specialist

What we’re looking for
        First hands-on experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition, ideally in technical or operational contexts
        An empathetic, people-first mindset with a strong sense for culture and collaboration
        Curiosity and openness towards technical, industrial and robotics-related roles
        A hands-on mentality and willingness to take ownership in an early-stage startup
        Structured, reliable and proactive way of working
        Fluent in English & German (C1/C2)
The day-to-day
        Own the end-to-end recruiting process for technical, operational and corporate roles
        Partner closely with hiring managers from R&D, engineering, production and business
        Act as a trusted and empathetic contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey
        Source, screen and interview candidates while ensuring a great candidate experience
        Continuously improve recruiting processes in a fast-growing, early-stage setup
        Support People Operations topics such as onboarding, contracts, HR data and People initiatives

        Recruiting experience in engineering, robotics, manufacturing or industrial tech
        Active sourcing experience for technical profiles
        Experience in a startup or early-stage environment
